Martin Perez is part of the San Diego Padres' roster for the National League Division Series versus the Dodgers.Perez wasn't part of San Diego's roster for the wild-card round versus Atlanta, as the team didn't need him as part of the rotation for the three-game set. Martin Perez (5-5) picked up the win over the White Sox on Saturday, allowing one run on two hits and three walks over 5.1 innings. He struck out six.Perez retired seven of the first eight batters he faced before issuing two free passes in the top of the third. The veteran right-hander was able to work his way out of the jam, however, and allowed just one run through five frames before again running into trouble in the sixth.
