Braves' Michael Harris: Enters game off bench
Michael Harris (hand) struck out in his lone at-bat during Monday's game against the Twins.Harris entered the game as a defensive replacement to begin the bottom half of the sixth inning, and he ended up seeing one at-bat in the top of the eighth, striking out on three pitches. Manager Brian Snitker reported before Monday's game that he'd feel comfortable inserting Harris back into the lineup once the center fielder feels healthy enough to swing a bat, per Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, so this is likely a sign that Harris is nearing a return to health after being struck by a pitch on the hand Sunday against Washington. Even so, the 23-year-old's status will be worth keeping a close eye on over the next few days until he's given the green light to return to the starting lineup.

Braves' Michael Harris: Out Monday, could play soon
Michael Harris (hand) is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Twins, but he said he could realistically return to the lineup within a few days, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.Harris avoided a fracture when he was hit in his left (throwing) hand by a pitch in the first inning of Sunday's loss to the Nationals, and though he said Monday that he's feeling better, he'll need to miss at least one game while he waits for the soreness to subside. Based on his comments, Harris is seemingly trending toward missing out on another start Tuesday, but a stint on the injured list doesn't appear to be in the cards just yet. Jarred Kelenic will fill in for Harris in center field Monday.
