George contributed 39 points (15-22 FG, 6-12 3Pt, 3-4 FT), six assists, five rebounds and three steals across 30 minutes in Wednesday's 153-131 win over the Wizards.
George took advantage of a favorable matchup and scored a game- and season-high 39 points while knocking down at least four triples for a fourth consecutive contest. Additionally, the star forward tied his season high in assists and grabbed at least five rebounds for the third time over his last four games. He has also tallied at least three swipes three times in that four-game stretch, during which he has averaged 28.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.8 steals per contest.
