Middleton (ankle) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Raptors.
Middleton has yet to play this season and doesn't have a return timetable. He can be considered doubtful for the second half of Milwaukee's back-to-back set against the Pistons on Wednesday. In Middleton's absence, Taurean Prince continues to start at small forward.
