Williams (ankle) will make his preseason debut during Friday's finale against the Grizzlies.

Williams has recovered from a left ankle sprain and will presumably start at power forward in Friday's finale. The Bulls are thin at forward, so Williams should play big minutes this season, especially since he's a strong defensive player in an offensively-tilted lineup.
