Davis has entered the league's health and safety protocols, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
The veteran big man is the eighth Cavs player to land in protocols, leaving the team woefully shorthanded for Wednesday's game at Boston. The Cavs already made the trip to Boston and are planning to add at least one more replacement player, so all indications at this point are that the game will go on as scheduled.
