Davis will start at center Monday against the Knicks, Joe Gabriele of Cavs.com reports.
With Jarrett Allen (illness) and Lauri Markkanen (ankle) both sidelined, Davis will move into the lineup at center alongside Evan Mobley. The veteran has appeared in only one game this month, and this will be his first start since all the way back on Nov. 18 against Golden State. Davis finished that game with seven points, 14 rebounds and two blocks in 28 minutes.
