Okoro is in the starting lineup for Thursday's preseason game against the Pacers.
Okoro will start at small forward since the Cavaliers are resting several regulars, including Max Strus, who's dealing with a minor hip injury. It seems the battle between Strus and Okoro to see who opens the season as the starting small forward is the only positional battle to watch in the Cavaliers' camp. Okoro signed a three-year, $38 million contract in September to stay in Cleveland.
