Allen exited to the locker room in the first quarter of Wednesday's game against the Thunder due to an apparent right knee injury, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Allen went down and grabbed at his knee after setting a screen. The big man was able to walk off the floor under his own power and can be considered questionable to return until further notice.
