Tyson (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Clippers, Ethan Sands of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Tyson will miss a sixth consecutive game while he tends to a left knee bone bruise. The rookie hadn't been a consistent part of the rotation prior to missing time with the injury.
