Ball (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Celtics.
Ball will sit out the front end of Cleveland's back-to-back set, though he can be considered probable for Monday's game against Indiana. With the 28-year-old point guard and Sam Merrill (hand) sidelined, Tyrese Proctor and Jaylon Tyson are candidates for increased minutes, especially if Craig Porter (hamstring) is downgraded from questionable to out.
