Proctor finished with three points (1-3 FG, 1-3 3Pt), one rebound and one steal in eight minutes during Sunday's 119-105 preseason win over Orlando.
Proctor saw limited action for the second consecutive preseason contest, suggesting he remains on the outside looking in for a regular rotation spot. With Cleveland featuring several established backcourt options, the young guard appears unlikely to command meaningful fantasy value without injuries opening additional opportunities.
