Tatum tallied 19 points (8-17 FG, 3-8 3Pt), eight rebounds, six assists and two steals across 29 minutes in Wednesday's 114-93 preseason win over the Hornets.
Tatum was one of five Celtics to score in double figures, finishing as the game's leading scorer while also hauling in a team-high number of rebounds. Boston has one preseason game remaining Friday against Philadelphia, though the club could opt to rest its franchise player ahead of Tuesday's regular-season opener at Detroit.
