Harper is expected to sign a three-year, $9 million deal with the Celtics, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
The Celtics are declining Harper's $2.6 million team option for the 2026-27 season so that they can sign him to a new three-year deal. Harper appeared in 29 regular-season games (three starts) for Boston last season, averaging 4.2 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.0 three-pointer per contest.
