Hauser won't start against the Knicks on Tuesday, Sean Grande of NBC Sports Boston reports.
Hauser got the starting nod in Sunday's win over Cleveland, though he'll slide to the second unit with Derrick White (calf) back in action. Over his last five appearances off the bench, Hauser has averaged 8.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 22.0 minutes per contest.
