Zubac posted 12 points (6-8 FG), 10 rebounds, four blocks and two assists in 25 minutes during Tuesday's 128-103 win over the Cavaliers.
Zubac hadn't logged double-digit points or rebounds in any of his last three outings, but he snapped both of those streaks Tuesday while also finishing just one block shy of matching his season high in the category. The 25 minutes were also his second-most of the season, and it wasn't a garbage-time special, either. Zubac checked out of the contest with 1:52 remaining in third quarter and never returned, as coach Doc Rivers decided to roll with Montrezl Harrell at center even while the game was well in hand. Considering Kawhi Leonard also sat out the final 12 minutes, Zubac's lack of action in the fourth quarter may point to the 22-year-old potentially seeing his role grow in more competitive contests.
