Felicio signed a one-year contract with German club Ratiopharm Ulm on Monday, Johnny Askounis of Eurohoops.net reports.
Felicio spent each of the past six seasons with the Bulls, but his time in the NBA likely would have ended earlier if not for the four-year, $32 million contract that kept him on Chicago's books through 2020-21. The 29-year-old had effectively been excised from the rotation for both of the past two seasons, appearing in only 40 games between those years while averaging 11.8 minutes per contest. He'll likely spend the remainder of his career overseas.
