The Thunder waived Miller (groin) on Thursday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
Miller appeared in 18 games for the Thunder this season, averaging 4.1 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists across 10.9 minutes per game. The 31-year-old has recently been hampered by a groin injury, which has kept him sidelined for the last two games.
