Powell will sign a deal with Turkish club Fenerbahce, according to NBA reporter Marc Stein.
After spending the past 12 years with Dallas, the veteran center was unable to make the roster this time around, with the team holding 15 guaranteed contracts. Powell holds career regular-season averages of 6.5 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.0 assists across 768 games.
