Johnson agreed to an Exhibit 10 contract with the Hawks on Wednesday, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.
Johnson could compete for a spot on Atlanta's regular-season roster, though the organization already owns his G League rights and could waive him before training camp begins. The 2021 first-rounder appeared in 15 outings with the G League's Maine Celtics in 2025-26, averaging 16.4 points, 5.3 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 1.1 steals and 0.7 blocks across 24.4 minutes per game.
