Larsson agreed to a four-year, $60 million extension with the Heat on Friday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Larsson is coming off a solid 2025-26 campaign in which he averaged 11.4 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 0.7 steals across 26.4 minutes per game in 70 regular-season appearances (54 starts). The 25-year-old swingman figures to continue seeing meaningful minutes and will likely compete for additional playing time with the likes of Klay Thompson, Tim Hardaway and Ryan Conwell (hip).
