Mann (back) will not play Friday against the Bulls.
Mann has been sidelined since Nov. 21 due to disc irritation in his back, and he's overdue for a re-evaluation -- Charlotte announced Dec. 30 that the guard would be re-evaluated in two weeks. For now, fantasy managers should consider him questionable at best for Monday's game versus Dallas.
