Peterson exited to the locker room in the first quarter of Wednesday's game against the Spurs due to an apparent head injury, Shreyas Laddha of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.
The rookie guard took a shot to the head on a dunk attempt and appeared to have a bloody nose. He can be considered questionable to return until further notice.
