Collins (back) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Clippers, Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.
Collins hasn't played since dropping a 30-point, 11-rebound double-double against the Rockets on March 29. He has only one more chance to suit up this season -- Sunday versus Golden State.
