Mills (rest) is available for Tuesday's preseason game versus the Kings, Ben Anderson of KSL News Salt Lake City reports.
Mills has yet to see any action this preseason. However, with Isaiah Collier (hamstring) out, Mills could see some minutes in his first outing for Utah.
