Dowin was waived by the Raptors on Friday, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet reports.
This isn't a big surprise, as Dowtin's non-guaranteed deal was due to be partially guaranteed on Saturday. The 76ers hold Dowtin's G League rights, so there's a good chance he ends up in Philadelphia.
