DeRozan (back) will play in Sunday's game against the Spurs, Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee reports.
DeRozan missed the previous two games due to lower-back inflammation, but he will return to the lineup Sunday. Over his last three appearances, DeRozan has averaged 21.3 points, 4.3 rebounds and 4.3 assists in 36.0 minutes per contest.
