Payne (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Pacers, Steve Popper of Newsday reports.
Payne will miss a fourth straight game due to a left hamstring strain. His next chance to suit up will come Tuesday in Philadelphia. In Payne's absence, Tyler Kolek has entered the rotation.
