Towns notched 20 points (8-12 FG, 4-5 FT), 11 rebounds, 11 assists and one block across 29 minutes in Wednesday's win over the Grizzlies.
With Jalen Brunson (ankle) unavailable for the second leg of this back-to-back set, Towns took advantage of a favorable matchup and recorded his first triple-double of the season. The star big man dished out a game- and season-high 11 assists, matching his career-best mark. He also finished as New York's third-leading scorer, reaching the 20-point threshold for the sixth time over his last eight games. Towns has grabbed double-digit boards in six of those eight games as well.
