Thiero (knee) is available to play Tuesday against the Spurs, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports.
Thiero, who hasn't played since Dec. 30 due to a right MCL sprain, has been cleared to return to action after practicing in the G League on Sunday. The Lakers are holding out several key players Tuesday with minor injuries, so Thiero could be a factor in the rotation.
