James won't play in Saturday's Summer League game against Chicago for rest purposes, Mike Trudell of Spectrum SportsNet reports.
With the Lakers competing in both the California Classic and Las Vegas Summer League, James has appeared in seven Summer League contests and several practices over the last two weeks. He'll join Dalton Knecht and Maxwell Lewis in street clothes Saturday.
