Anthony (illness) will not play in Sunday's finale against the Nuggets, Bill Oram of The Athletic reports.
As expected, the veteran will sit out the final game of the year with the Lakers out of playoff contention. He'll finish his first campaign with the Lakers averaging 13.3 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 26.0 minutes -- similar to the numbers he's been putting up since he left the Knicks.
