Hayes (ankle) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Nuggets, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports.
Hayes suffered a left ankle sprain during practice last week, so it comes as no surprise that he won't suit up Saturday. His next chance to be available for the Lakers will be against the Suns on Tuesday.
