Harrison, who agreed to a one-year contract with the Lakers earlier Sunday, isn't expected to play in Los Angeles' regular-season finale versus the Jazz, Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times reports.
After his 10-day deal with the Trail Blazers expired, Harrison quickly found a new home in Los Angeles. He'll provide the Lakers with depth in the backcourt and on the wing during the postseason, though he likely won't immediately enter head coach Darvin Ham's rotation. Harrison, who spent most of the season with the Lakers' G League affiliate in South Bay before joining Portland a week and a half ago, averaged 8.8 points, 6.0 assists, 4.4 rebounds and 2.2 steals in 24.0 minutes per game over his five appearances with the Trail Blazers.
