Council (knee) didn't play in Saturday's 93-88 Summer League win over the Heat.
Council hasn't seen game action since the G League Rio Grande Valley Vipers' Jan. 7 loss to the Stockton Kings. His next chance to suit up will come Sunday against the Trail Blazers.
