Fultz became a free agent Thursday after his 10-day contract with the Raptors expired, Michael Grange of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Over the course of his 10-day deal, Fultz appeared in five games for Toronto and averaged 0.8 points, 1.6 assists, 0.4 steals and 0.2 rebounds in 7.2 minutes while shooting 2-for-11 from the field. Though Toronto has the option of re-signing Fultz to a second 10-day deal or rest-of-season pact, Grange suggests that the Raptors intend to go in a different direction with that roster spot, despite starting point guard Immanuel Quickley (foot) lacking a clear timeline for a return.
