Roberson was waived by the Nets after Tuesday's win over Sacramento, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
The 29-year-old signed with the team last week but is being let go ahead of the deadline to guarantee contracts for the rest of the season. According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, Roberson is expected to re-sign with the Nets on a 10-day contract if he clears waivers Friday.
