Gutierrez was waived by the Nuggets on Monday, T.J. McBride of MileHighSports.com reports.
Though the veteran point guard impressed during his limited time in training camp, Gutierrez will now have to look elsewhere as he pursues a return to the NBA. His last action came with Charlotte in the 2015-16 season.
