Nembhard has been ruled out ahead of Friday's game against the Hornets due to left knee soreness.
The Pacers had initially included Nembhard in their starting lineup for Friday, but his late scratch suggests that his knee was bothering him during pregame warmups. Ben Sheppard will get the starting nod in Nembhard's place.
