Tolliver signed a 10-day hardship contract with the Pelicans on Sunday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
Tolliver, who was waived by Philadelphia in August, will join the 12th different NBA organization of his career. The veteran big man will serve as a floor-stretching depth option in the frontcourt for the Pelicans, who are currently without Jonas Valanciunas (illness), Naji Marshall (COVID-19 health and safety protocols) and Zion Williamson (foot). Tolliver won't be able to join the team ahead of Sunday's game against the Thunder, but he should be available to make his Pelicans debut Tuesday against the Cavaliers.
