Alvarado (calf) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Bucks.
After a 16-point performance in Tuesday's loss to the Nets, Alvarado won't be available Thursday in Milwaukee. The Pelicans will likely turn to Elfrid Payton to shoulder the load at the point guard position, with Antonio Reeves also helping out in the backcourt.
