Martin missed his second straight preseason game Thursday due to a right wrist injury, MLive.com's Aaron McCann reports.
Martin is one of several players in contention for the 15th and final spot on the Pistons' roster, so he'll likely need to get back on the court quickly in order to demonstrate to the coaching staff that he's the most qualified man for the job. The 30-year-old appeared in 23 games for Detroit last season, averaging 1.6 points and 0.9 rebounds in 8.6 minutes per game.
