Duren (leg) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Kings, Omari Sankofa II of the Detroit Free Press reports.
Duren will miss his second consecutive game due to a right leg contusion. His next chance to suit up will come Thursday against the Knicks. Isaiah Stewart and Paul Reed are candidates for a bump in minutes due to Duren being sidelined.
