The Raptors waived Hepburn (hamstring) on Monday, per Ryan Wolstat of the Toronto Sun.

Jamarion Sharp is taking Hepburn's spot on the roster. Hepburn, previously a two-way player for Toronto, is looking to recover from a hamstring injury and find a home elsewhere this season.
