Capela (rest) won't play in Thursday's preseason game against the Hawks, Vanessa Richardson of Space City Home Network reports.
Along with most of Houston's regulars, Capela will sit out the team's preseason finale. The 31-year-old center's next chance to play will come in Tuesday's regular-season opener against the Thunder.
