Freedom -- plus Bruno Fernando and Dennis Schroder -- was dealt Thursday from the Celtics to the Rockets for Daniel Theis, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
The addition of Theis for the Celtics made Freedom redundant. He'll presumably be out of the rotation or see single-digit minutes for Houston like he was with Boston. The Rockets have Christian Wood, Alperen Sengun and Kenyon Martin holding down minutes at center.
