Bassey (knee) is expected to be limited in training camp but should be good to go for the Spurs' regular-season opener on Oct. 24 against Dallas, Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express-News reports.

Bassey is still recovering from surgery to repair his torn left ACL in December but is expected to be healthy by the start of the regular season. However, the 24-year-old big man is unlikely to be a significant part of San Antonio's rotation in 2024-25.
