Johnson has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the 76ers after he appeared to injure his left foot in the fourth quarter, Jeff Garcia of KENS 5 San Antonio reports. He finished with seven points (2-8 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block in 24 minutes.
Johnson had missed the Spurs' previous three games with a left foot sprain before being cleared to play Sunday. He appeared to aggravate the injury in the fourth quarter, as he immediately headed to the locker room before quickly being ruled out for the rest of the contest. The Spurs are eliminated from playoff contention heading into the final week of the regular season, so Johnson seems likely to miss time with San Antonio have little to gain by exposing him to further injury while he's less than 100 percent healthy.
