Martin took part in shootaround Thursday morning and should be available for the Spurs' game later in the evening against the Bulls, Jeff Platt of Time Warner Cable News in San Antonio reports.
Martin and the Spurs reached an agreement on a contract over the weekend, but due to some roster issues, he's been unable to suit up for his new team. That'll likely change Thursday, as Martin should receive a few minutes off the bench after the team waived veteran Rasual Butler to open up a spot for him.
