Johnson and the Spurs agreed Friday to a 10-day contract, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Johnson had a 10-day with the Sixers in late December. He appeared in three games and averaged 3.7 points and 2.0 rebounds in 12.7 minutes. It would be surprising if he saw significantly more time with the Spurs.
